It does clean your hands with a good enough lather, and the color is a very beautiful pastel pink, but the soap does dry out my hands if I use it regularly, which is a shame because on my bottle it says lotion hand soap. I relegated the soap to wash dishes though and it works there pretty well. It is kind of runny too, but that's fine with me. I bought this because I really loved the smell and look of cherry-almond public restroom hand soap, and this is just that. It might be possible to add glycerin to this soap so it doesn't dry out your hands like what's found in Dial hand soap, but I don't know if that would work here safely.EDIT: I tried using it regularity along with using Lubriderm lotion every once in a while, and it seems to work pretty good in tandem with that. I recommend this soap if you're ok possibly needing to use external lotion.
