I love Jason products, and this is no different. Been using it for a few weeks and I really love it a lot. Looking for a more economical size to purchase. great product and purchase.feels natural and moisturizes well.I've bought the body wash and the deodorant because I really like the smell of lavender and it's really calming and I couldn't find the lotion at any of my nearby stores so I ordered it off Amazon and it does not smell like lavender not even a little bit. It's still a good lotion to use but if you're buying it for the lavender smell don't waste your time and moneyI did not like the scent at all.My skin needs extra help in the winter and this might be the only formula I've found which is emollient enough to make a difference. It's a staple for me, as is their Vit E skin oil.Great scentI ordered this as advised by others to use to help reduce noticeable scarring after a cycling crash that left my forearms scraped up. While using this on my forearms I also used it on my elbows, and after a few days I actually noticed that the lotion made my elbows really soft! After two weeks of using the lotion, my forearms healed up and the scarring isn't anywhere hear as bad as I thought it would be. I applied the lotion 3 times a day during recovery - once in the morning before work, once during my lunch break, and once after my evening shower. I think it helped, the only thing I'm not quite happy about is the scent; however that's a personal thing, I don't like cocoa butter scent that much, I was using this lotion for a different purpose initially so I won't knock a star off for it. What I can be certain of for sure is that if you want softer skin and/or want to try to limit scar damage, this definitely works!I use this on my face (I layer it with Jason's Coconut Oil - the oil goes on any rough patches). It's good, but I think it's a bit thin, because I do have some rough patches on my face and those, although initially moisturized, became dry as the day wore on (the coconut oil works great on them). Overall, the lotion is a good product, though, if you're looking for a light moisturizer. It is thin, so a little goes a long way, and it is absorbed quickly by the skin. I did notice a slight stinging sensation, but that vanished within a couple of seconds and there are no ill effects. I'm happy with this buy.I used this after the Aloe vera by Jason. I highly recommend products that are chemical free. I put it on my sunburnt shoulders and it soothed them nicely the natural oils are much safer than the paraffin oil they usually put in creams. Only down side is that people complain about the strong smell. My mum thinks it smells like weed. How she knows that i never understand Lol.I am a long time user of this product and it really is fantastic. However, I question the quality of the product from this retailer. It is very different texture to the product I usually buy from my local health shop. The tube I bought from this retailer is extremely runny (more like a body milk) which makes a mess every time you open the tube. I resorted to storing the tube upside down. Overall I would definitely recommend this product but would recommend buying it elsewhere. Incidentally they have now updated the packaging so you should be able to tell if you are buying a new product.It feels lovely and is a lightweight yet moisturising cream, however the artificial coconut scent is just too strong for me. I do appreciate the lack of phthalates, parabens and other harsh ingredients so I would try other products by JASONS, this scent is just not the right choice for me.Leaves all the skin feeling soft with a lovely aromaGreat product! This product is gentle to your skin, feels great and has a very nice scent, a natural one of true freshness not the artificial smell most conventional products have. A very good lotion without the 'nasties' present in most of the other products. Do something good to your body, the environment and yourself. Highly recommendable.
