These unique handmade earrings are made from recycled sheet copper. Each pair is handmade and slight variations will occur. First I clean up the metal and use one of my disc cutters to punch out the shape. Then I drill the tiny holes and file off the rough edges. After that I anneal the metal with my torch to soften it. Then I stamp the design and hammer the texture. Next it is formed and placed in the pickle for cleaning. I then use metal paint to color the images. Then I highlight them with brass steel wool and seal them. Attach the ear wires and a new pair of earrings are born! The Heart is 5/8 ". They hang appx 5/8' from the Nickel Free ear wire.
