I got this splint because I have spasticity in my left hand from a stroke that I had in 2012. It took me a few minutes to put it on. Once I did, my hand started to relax right away and the splint is very comfortable and it definitely helped my hand stay open. I wear it everyday now.Needed this for mom's left arm as she had a stroke. It works - very stiff and very hard to adjust. I think I need the forearm to be a little shorter as it cuts in to the crook of her elbow. My wife had a stroke, used on her left hand. Used to help flex her hand and fingers. Mainly used so she could get her nails done. Hand too tight now and can't use as much. Its works like it should.I purchased the splint for my wife who is undergoing hand therapy needed following a stroke. The splint is comfortable to wear, and there are few restraints of movement when wearing it. My wife has been wearing the splint overnight, every night for two weeks, and there has never been a problem with wearing it. It is also effective in aiding the hand and arm to stay in a natural position while wearing it. We are extremely pleased with the product.Works well. Had to adjust it a little but helps keep her fingers from curling upI have a terrible time to get the splint on without assistance. my left arm/hand is paralyzed and is of no help putting the splint on. once I finally get it on (with help), I have to keep pushing it in place or the thumb falls out and fingers work themselves free.Even though it was a small size, it was still a little too big for my mom's hand.My mom used it and it helped
