This holster is exceptionally well-made. The stitching is stout and tight, the suede is thick, and the saddle leather at the top does an excellent job keeping the holster open after the weapon is drawn.When I ordered this, I was a little worried about the plastic belt clip, but it seems very sturdy. It should be noted that the model I bought (model 106) does not have the swivel-locking screw that is shown in the picture. However, when snugged down, the single hex screw holds the clip securely in place, so the swivel lock is unnecessary. The clip itself also differs slightly from the picture, but it's functional.I carry a 3 1/2"-barreled 1911 in this. The fit is tight, but in a good way. The holster will likely form to the gun over time, but the suede interior will probably keep the gun in place even after that happens.My only complaint is that my steel framed 1911 feels a little heavy to carry in a one-clip holster. (This a probably confidence issue. I have been carrying it constantly, and it hasn't slipped an inch.)The holster still gets five stars, because I don't think it's possible to manufacture a better holster in this style for this particular gun. For a couple dollars more than the cheapo holsters at you local gun store, you can't go wrong with this.
