... you're doing things that involve a lot of bending over, hanging upside down, all-out running and jumping, wrestling with a suspect, etc.I've been a cc guy for almost fifty years. I've tried hard holsters, soft ones, on the belt, under the belt, and this one. This is the best minimalist holster money can buy. It's bare basic, and as I start wearing my second one, as the first has broken down into paper thinness, I am happy that I found it so many years ago.It allows for draws, clean and fast, and two hand re-holstering with minimal hassle. You can search far and wide for a more comfortable and completely concealable holster, but you won't find one better than this.STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, as long as you're not getting into very physical engagements while wearing it.Ruger LC9s with LaserMax laser fits snugly in a size 5. I really haven't used it much, as I just got it, but I saw on another review that they got a size 1 for an LC9s. I also got size 1, and no way was it fitting in there! Maybe an LCP would fit in a 1. The laser may make a slight difference, but even without the laser I can't imagine it going in there easily. Size 5 was a snug fit and size 7 was looser. Considering that it should loosen with more use, I went with the 5.For my S&W Shield I bought a left handed size 5 to experiment in small of back carry. It is a decent holster, it fits well, the clip seems OK. Overall, the holster itself is good but small of back carry is not really my preferred method. It is a good back up option or for use in a pinch, though. For standing up and casual duty its alright, but definitely not when sitting or driving. I might buy a right handed one just for another carry choice as well. This was supposed to be for my Ruger American .45, but ended up being used for my Taurus judge public defender. In saying that, the pages measuring system was a little confusing; maybe not for others, but hey, I have an excuse! I gave a overall 5 because it unexpectedly met my needs like I say for another firearm and a 2 for safety because it's a fabric pocket essentially.Purchased the size 5 for my Glock 26. It fits well and is comfortable to wear in my back. I purchased the left hand as I am right handed. My only issue is the safety. The comfort and slim profile comes at a price. If you turn it upside down, the gun will fall out. So, if you are using the restroom, you would have to be very careful as the gun could easily fall out. Therefore, I selectively choose when to use this holster for those reasons. My other one is a Safari leather one that is molded to the Glock and holds it snug.Great for behind the back carry. My PT-111 fits down in the holster, below the belt line- so it's nice and snug - not going anywhere unless you hang upside down.I ordered what was pictured. The picture is wrong. If IWB in small of back it must be drawn with right hand.I purchased this holster after reading all the good reviews others had written for it, and I was not disappointed by this product. It is made very well, and even though it is made from soft nylon, it seems like it will last a very long time. It has a heavy plastic clip that secures it to your belt or waistband. This is an excellent product for the low price.
