Product is great overall. The only thing I wish is that it would have higher horsepower. It doesn’t really break down cold or ice wellThis is my 4 th one. Makes good smoothies!What I like best about my Nutri bullet is it is very easy to operate and clean. I can say for sure there is nothing I dislike about it.So simple and powerful. I under a minute you have a perfect smoothie.I purchased this blender over other models because of price, ease of use and accessories included. This unit is just as powerful as the pro version but at a lower cost. They jack up the price on the pro version for a few accessories you can decide to purchase separately if you later decide you need them. I've been making multiple smoothies a day for my wife and myself and haven't seen the need to purchase the extras. I would recommend using that money to purchase a good 28oz bottle to use as a travel container. You only really need to run this unit for maybe 20 seconds. It's super fast and powerful. It's also convenient and that's what makes this unit so good. Minimal parts to clean and I leave the base on my counter ready to use. It's got a small footprint so it doesn't take up too much real estate. If you're interested in a great personal smoothie machine - get this one.I noticed also that someone submitted a photo saying they only received 4 accessories when promised 8 - this is incorrect. The photo is accurate but the breakdown of accessories is not. The breakdown is as followed:2 cups2 cup screw top rings1 base1 blade2 recipe books (yeah that's a little lame to count books as an accessory but they do)total 8This works really well for smoothies. I've been making a lot of oatmeal banana smoothies for breakfast and this always makes it so quick and easy. The smoothies with bananas and avocados come out creamy. It does a good job of blending everything so well in such a short amount of time. Works great with frozen bananas and frozen berries. I've also tried leafy veggies like kale, spinach, and collard greens, and it does a great job of blending those up too. I've been eating more fruits and veggies because of this, and that's a great thing.The size is great for me since I don't have much counter space. It's smaller than my blender, which is great. It also makes less noise than the blender and blends everything better and faster. I love the mug handle that comes with it. It makes it so much easier when you can just grab it and drink out of the same container. It's also very easy to clean and doesn't really make much of a mess when used. I'm very happy with this product.I found a better model (higher wattage) for a lower price while waiting (very long wait) for this one to arrive. I use NutriBullet every dayWhen it finally did arrive, I logged in to print a return label. I did not even open the box.I was charged almost $11.00 to return!!!!NOT HAPPYI will not order from this seller againI thought returns were free on AmazonIt's one of the things I love about them. Still love Amazon, just not THIS companyI went back and forth about buying this. I had a blender that I used every morning for smoothies that worked fairly well. Holy crap, this thing is totally worth every penny. First, it's much quieter than a blender (as my husband, who is still trying to sleep while I get ready for work, can attest to). Second, it really blends everything well. I always put chunks of frozen fruit in my smoothies, and it was impossible to get it all blended in the blender (ex- with the blender, I had to keep shaking it to get everything to blend). With the NutriBullet, as long as you put enough liquid in, it blends perfectly. I also love that you drink right out of the container you make it in, so it's super easy to clean up. Highly recommend this.This is the same as the 5-piece with the other 3 pieces being some ridiculous pamphlets thrown in for extra money. The first picture is very misleading because it indicates there are 2 choppers but there's only one in the box. Did not expect such a cheap trick from Nutri-bullet. This also does not work as well as the one I had in London.Amazon - do look into this and note that your customer's trust is being taken advantage of by this seller.Best blender, original product USA make, only u need a 3 pin adapter from Anchor for our Indian standard plug in. Easy to use and I feel that tall cup is small but after use it's okay, not too small. Go for it... if u want good blender go for it without wasting a single second... thank you Amazon & trade connect for selling original product.Seems to be Duplicate product , didn’t work for even two months . Burning smell and blackening , whenever using it .No response from company even product was under warranty .I could rarely use this product.Amazon should sell authentic products .High quality, sturdy, good oneI bought nutribullet on 26th June.
