I like that it is better for the environment. I have sensitive skin and this didn't cause my hands to be sore which is a great bonus.I don't like that I cannot buy this in a refill bag (the only one I can find a a refill costs twice as much per ml as this bottle. So I can't help to reduce carbon and plastic. But I do like that it is some way to preventing more damage to our earth.You can see the obvious differences in the shape of the bottle. I am using the functional 'genuine' bottle and the contents of the others as refill. Not impressedIt’s soap it does it’s job but the smell - yish. It’s like cheap aftershave in no way is it natural. Avoid.I usually have to be super careful with why I buy as I have the most sensitive skin in the world. This has the best smell and leaves my hands super soft! Also is environment friendly which is a must. I will never go back to normal hand washMuch nicer than the usual brands of hand soap. The smell is lovely and natural. Very gentle on the skin. The bottle is a good size - and looks better in the kitchen than most hand soap bottles.
